The football club was formed in the early 1900’s and it was at this point that we affiliated to the Surrey County Football Association.
The club experienced various ups and downs in their history as they progressed through the various county leagues
The ensuing years saw the difficulties that one experiences until season 2002/03 which saw eventual promotion to Senior Football . This was not without its problems as The FA tried to block the move due to groundgrading issues at our village facility. It was only the determination of the committee that saw us succeed with the promotion. We clearly realised that facilities were key if we were to move forward and we embarked on a ten year journey that eventually saw us grant a lease from the council on some land that we could develop into our own facility.
Along this journey we have encouraged a thriving youth section to be born and today we have some 30 plus teams as well as girls and of course a Ladies team. We have some big ambitions to move the club forward both on and off the pitch
